Kie server in rhpam70-authoring template doesn't create datasource

standalone-openshift.xml configuration in Kie server container created using rhpam70-authoring.yaml template doesn't contain datasource definition used by Kie server. Therefore the Kie server doesn't have jBPM extension activated.

Edit: This issue has been observed just with images from engineering registry, the OSBS images works correctly.
