Exception when Kie server is registered in Business Central

      Install EAP 7.1.1.
      Install Business Central and Kie server on EAP, configure Kie server to register into the Business Central.
      Start EAP.
      Check server log.
      If no error is shown in the log then stop/start EAP again.

      When Business Central is started on EAP then sometimes there are shown NoSuchElementException or NullPointerException exceptions in the server log - see the stacktraces in attachments. The issue seems to be related to Kie server trying to register to Business Central while Business Central is starting.

      The errors can be observed just sometimes, possibly caused by some race condition.

      The error doesn't seem to have any immediate effect on Business Central or Kie server, it is possible to create project and deploy it to the Kie server.
