      Make sure the running container has the runtime strategy set to Per Case as well, not only the project settings in business-central.
      If that is not the case, perform the following steps:
      1. Abort all running instances in the running container.
      2. Change the runtime strategy to Per Case.
      3. Restart the container.

      The example project - IT Orders can be used to reproduce the issue. If the logged-in user is assigned to manager role or the group it belongs to is assigned to supplier role (or both) the started case is not listed.

      After starting a new case, it is expected that the case is shown in the case list of the users who are assigned to one of the case roles relying on the role matching mechanism.

      However, the cases are not listed no matter the logged in user is assigned to at least one of the case roles (as a user or through a group).

      The issue can also be observed with the list of user roles which is exposed for the logged in user (screenshot attached), which might be related.
      The user used in the reproducer - bamuser has the following roles/groups being assigned to it in the application-roles.xml file:
      bamuser=user,testgroup,kie-server
