Authoring environment does not deploy application dependencies

    Description

      When a KIE server points to business-central as its Maven service, it attempts to fetch any deployed containers from it. This works fine with a simple business process, but in cases where the business process or its associated assets have an external non-public dependency, this dependency is not served up to the KIE server and the deployment fails
