The rhpam70-authoring template should use persistent H2 database

    Description

      In a non-HA authoring environment, the focus is on the use of business central and the KIE server only exists for unit testing and validation. Not having persistence can cause unexpected inconveniences, so H2 with a persistent configuration was selected as a good compromise. The template currently uses a MySQL database.
