Use Kie server URLs for liveness and readiness probes

      Currently Kie server templates use liveness and readiness checks from EAP (livenessProbe.sh, readinessProbe.sh) to check status of Kie server. However the Kie server implements liveness and readiness checks by itself, using dedicated URLs [1].

      These checks should be used instead of EAPs ones to provide better results.
