List table has a predefined set of available options when it comes to number of rows which can be displayed per page. Whichever number is selected, the list should be fixed i.e shouldn't allow scrolling.
At the moment the list allows scrolling of rows. As a consequence the first row gets "pushed below" the table header when the scroll down is performed (screenshot attached).
This behavior gives a bit of a raw look and feel when it comes to presented content.
If the whole browser window is re-sized in a way the whole list doesn't fit, then the "parent" scroll is introduced on the entire main panel which is expected.
