Start RHDM Login to decision-central Create a new space Create a new project Create one Guided Decision Table via "Create New Asset" (just give a name and press "OK" without wizard. So it creates no column, no row table). Save. Don't close the Editor with "x" button (IMPORTANT). Go back to project Asset view by clicking navigation bar Create Guided Decision Table Graph via "Create New Asset" In the Guided Decision Table Graph, click "Documents"->"Open". Choose the created Guided Decision Table. Then Error popup comes up.
