As discussed in the PR which implemented the CLI project migration tool (see discussion) we should support cases when copying modules of legacy workbench projects to new repositories would result in project naming conflict.
With current implementation the 2nd module with identical name would be silently ignored

Max suggested in this case we should probably not ignore the module and instead prompt user to rename it.
