Migration tool is not productized

      Migration tool for repositories is not productized. It should be provided with the other productized sources and binaries.

      The sources can be found in https://github.com/kiegroup/kie-wb-common/blob/master/kie-wb-common-cli/kie-wb-common-project-migration

      QE would expect that tool to be packaged in a zip file.

      The tool was implemented by mbarkley_jira, please contact him in case of any questions.
