In the 'Creating users'  section from the RHPAM installation and configuration guide,  step 3 has correct command without single quote for the password, but step 4 and 6 include quotes so that login failure problem occurs when use this password for Business Central. 

Step 4 and 6 commands need to exclude quotes for the password.
