Description

Following up on PR#2292, LogCleanupCommand now keeps the configured interval if RepeatMode is set to FIXED, irrespective of the time it takes to execute the command. However, this logic is broken when the command is getting rescheduled (number of records to delete is greater than configured RecordsPerTransaction).
