Update SSO to version 7.6.6

      We are currently using SSO version 7.6.1 (prod artifacts 18.0.3.redhat-00001) and this version is using boncycastle 1.68.0.redhat-00005 which is affected by CVE-2023-33201.

      After SSO 7.6.6 is released (currently scheduled for 27/11), we should update to that version.
