Business central logs out when dashbuilder runtime is logged in

To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:

1. Start business central and dashbuilder runtime on the same port on localhost (with some users)
2. Log in to business central
3. In a new tab of your browser, log in to dashbuilder runtime (do not log out from business central)
4. Open the tab with business central
5. Navigate to some other part of business central (for example, click Menu -> Projects)

Expected result: You are able to navigate to other parts of business central

Actual result: An error si displayed saying that you have been logged out due to inactivity (see the attached screenshot)

Workaround: It is possible to log in again without any issues and continue working in business central
