Update EAP XP to latest released version (XP on top of EAP 7.4.8)

    Description

      EAP XP 4 on top of EAP 7.4.8 is scheduled to be released on Dec 12th and I think we should consume this new version (even if the schedule is a bit tight) as the new EAP XP release should contain CVE fixes.

      Note that EAP 7.4.8 was already released this week and it will be used in the OS images - see RHPAM-4616.

      So I think we should update it in the kie-wb-distributions repository to use latest EAP XP version.
