Kie-wb breaks after you make changes to a form and redeploy the project.

    Description

      When you create a form, deploy it to kie-server, then remove the container, make changes to the form and deploy it again, on the "process" and "exection" servers perspectives you get the following error:

      Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: Can't replace current root panel because it is not empty. The following panels remain: {CustomPanelDefinitionImpl [id=undefined, parts=[PartDefinitionImpl [place=PlaceRequest["LavoutComponentPaletteScreen" {}]]], children=[], panelType=org.uberfire.client.workbench.panels.impl.UnanchoredStaticWorkbenchPanelPresenter, contextDefinition=undefined, contextDisplayMode=SHOW]=org.uberfire.client.workbench.panels.impl.UnanchoredStaticWorkbenchPanelPresenteroucwpi.UnanchoredStaticWorkbenchPanelPresenter@zykyh id=undefined}.

      This in turn breaks the kie-wb and the only way out is to refresh.
