Archetype with appType=planner in kie-archetypes

contains <artifactId>kie-server-spring-boot-starter-optaplanner</artifactId>
that will generate a project with optaplanner SB starter. When customer will try to compile it, it will fail because there will be no OptaPlanner artifacts.
