The Process Instances table is empty in Business Central.
On behind the engine seems to work from quick look - e.g. after process is created from Process Definitions page, the page moves to Process Instance Details page where instance ID etc are shown. Also if process contains Human Task, such Human Task is visible in Task inbox - thus the process instance was started.
TODO: Needs more details upon further investigation.
