      1. Deploy operator
      2. Create new KieApp with one of the spec from description
      3. Check KieApp exists and there is also status part
      4. Check that app is deployed and there are no pods re-created

      During testing of RHPAM-4140 I run into issues when Deployments configuration and pods are re-created in a loop. RHPAM-4393 was opened. When there occurs issue with recreating or there is applied workaround from RHPAM-4393, there are no status included in KieApp. Status in KieApp is needed to see what default values were applied in configuration and if the application is running.
