Field with LocalDateTime is forcing to enter value even though its not marked mandatory

    Description

      With the fix for RHPAM-4189, the LocalDateTime datatype fields are properly displayed by the kie-server form renderer in respect to the flag 'showTime'. However, it is not possible to leave the form blank, even though the field is not marked as 'Required'.
