OLM Descoping plans presentation - Moving away from namespace-scoped Operators
MOTIVATION
OLM might require an operator to support a mode that ensures only a single operator can be installed on cluster for a specific api version. Therefore, the goal is to proactively add support for AllNamespaces install mode.
Today we support OwnNamespace and SingleNamespace install modes.
