missing support of KIE_SERVER_BYPASS_AUTH_USER environment variable in Business central images

      Hi,

       

      I am using rhpam78-prod-immutable-monitor.yaml template to deploy business central.

       

      I have configured following KIE_SERVER_BYPASS_AUTH_USER property and it's not set for business-central.
