Business Central doesn't work with LDAP integration when bindCredential contains "&"

      • set AUTH_LDAP_BIND_CREDENTIAL with password containing "&"
      • AUTH_ROLE_MAPPER_ROLES_PROPERTIES is set

      With rhpam72-businesscentral-openshift image, when LDAP is integrated and AUTH_LDAP_BIND_CREDENTIAL(bindCredential) contains "&", it fails because generated configuration file is messed up.
