Right Springboot version should be 2.3.10

    Description

      There are some discrepancies regarding the right version used for Spring Boot on RHPAM 7.12 cause as per the parent bom for 7.59.x the version we have is `2.3.4.RELEASE` [1].

      Whereas on the Red Hat officially supported certifications we have `2.3.10` [2]. So we should be align with the official certified version.
