Steps to Reproduce:

run jar installer and specify the password containing '=' for rhpamAdmin.

run jar installer and specify the password containing '=' for rhpamAdmin.

When installing with jar installer 'rhpam-installer-7.12.0.jar', if specified password for the admin user (rhpamAdmin by default) contains '=', installation fails during post-installation configuration as shown in the attached screenshot.
If '=' is removed from the password, it will succeed.
