Unable to run tests for Kogito examples with scenario simulations

      Following two modules in kogito-examples fail because of junit version dependency mismatch.
      * dmn-pmml-quarkus-example
      * dmn-quarkus-example

      To work around this issue override transitive junit dependency of kogito-scenario-simulation to use version 4.13.1.redhat-00001.

      • Dowload Kogito examples for productized CR2 build.
      • Run mvn clean install for dmn-quarkus-example

    Description

      It is not possible to run the tests for Kogito examples which contain scenario simulation dependency (org.kie.kogito.kogito-scenario-simulation). Surefire plugin fails with the following exception:

       

      [ERROR] TestEngine with ID 'junit-vintage' failed to discover tests
      [ERROR] org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireBooterForkException: There was an error in the forked process
      [ERROR] TestEngine with ID 'junit-vintage' failed to discover tests
