[Security management] Open disabled perspective by url

      1. Open Apps perspective (Extensions -> Apps)
      2. Copy its url.
      3. Disable Apps perspective for current user. (Home -> Admin -> Roles -> admin -> Perspectives)
      4. Save changes and refresh your browser.
      5. Paste the url in browser.
      6. Apps perspective is open.

      It is possible to open disabled perspective if you have its url. Disabled perspective is accessible after you open copied url in a browser with running workbench.
