[GSS] (7.10.x) When try to attach a document the file can not greater than 2 MB

When set the system property "org.jbpm.wb.forms.renderer.ext=true", it switches the form rendering between Business Central and Process Server. If the form contains an org.jbpm.document.Document object and we are uploading the file greater than 2 MB, angular page hanging.
