Description

BAPL-2037 requests to have only one Update tool for RHPAM. RHDM Update/Patch tool is discontinued and all functionality should be in RHPAM Update Tool.
This means that RHPAM Update tool should satisfy regular upgrade process from DM 7.12 to PAM 7.13
