Process & Global Variables are visibly reloaded everytime user clicks on canvas with Properties panel open

      1. Create a process and add some process variables
      2. Keep properties panel open & scroll down so variables are visible
      3. Click on canvas multiple times
      4. observe the variables being reloaded. They disappear/reappear

    Description

      Summary
      When user adds some Process Variables, Global variables into process and keeps the Properties panel open, every click on canvas is going to trigger reload of the variables table. The reload is quite visible, you can see the video, before every reload user clicks on canvas.

      This is getting more and more obvious if user has several big dependencies with lots of Java classes that need to be added to dropdown selections.
      for example if I add `drool-core` as dependency, loading take 5+ seconds.

      Expcted Results
      The table of process variable and global variables does not disappear & reappear every time user clicks on canvas.
      The loading is smoother and can't be noticed by user.
      The loading of variables is not done when there are no process variables or global variables.
      The dropdown for the datatype is fully loaded on first click or there is a loading spinner.
