Have a clean JBoss EAP 7.3.8 , all default / out-of-box configuration

Try installing PAM 7.11.0 using jar installer "java -jar rhpam-installer-7.11.0.jar"

With all default options/configurations, installation fails

Installation is successful on EAP 7.3.6 with same configurations
