3. What is the nature and description of the request?
After starting process instance which has process variable of type Integer, we can modify process variable from "Menu->Manage --> process instance>select process instance>Process variable tab->select process variable -->Edit". After saving new value, we can see value of type string is assigned to process variable of type Integer, which casuses issue during process execution. There should be a way to define process variable type while modifying it from BC UI.
