The kie-server-services-jbpm-cluster.jar isn't available by default in the kieserver
Solution:
Provide the jar in the /opt/kie/dependencies/jbpm-clustering/ and move inside ${JBOSS_HOME}/standalone/deployments/ROOT.war/WEB-INF/lib
and the file $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/configuration/standalone-openshift.xml is changed accordingly to enable the infinispan and jgroups configuraton
if the env KIE_SERVER_JBPM_CLUSTER is set to true
