The following POM file in Kogito Maven repository ZIP needs to be fixed to comply with the XSD:

POM org/kie/kogito/examples/ruleunit-springboot-example/1.5.0.redhat-00001/ruleunit-springboot-example-1.5.0.redhat-00001.pom is expected to be valid against defined Maven XSD (http://maven.apache.org/xsd/maven-4.0.0.xsd)
