Configure Kafka JBPM Emitter from Operator

Description

    The JBPM jbpm-event-emitters-kafka.jar needs System properties to work properly

    If the emitter is configured in the UI (almost the bootstrap servers) the jbpm-event-emitters-kafka-7.x.Final.jar will be copied inside WEB-INF/lib
