The Controller periodically pings the list of registered kie-servers. However if this ping fails, the kie-server template is automatically removed.

In some scenarios, specially when the connection is not very stable or there is some temporary network issue the ping might fail but the server might still be online.

Completely disabling the ping should not be a solution as it is a useful feature that allows the controller to know the current state of all registered kie-servers. The ping should be less invasive and just mark this template as offline while the ping is failing so that users can observe and react to this status change in the console and manually remove it from the templates list.
