Business Central no longer needs JMS in BPM Suite/BRMS 7.0 so messaging subsystem should be removed from standalone.xml and standalone-ha.xml files. It should still stay in standalone-full.xml and standalone-full-ha.xml files where it is configured by default in EAP distribution.
