When a non int value is passed as int to jaxb marshaller, no error is reported

    Description

      The default jaxb behaviour is to ignore the error and use 0 as int value, which is misleading

      This will be changed to throw exception if strict (org.kie.server.strict.jaxb.format)  flag is enabled.
