GDST should have a hover popup for cell content on mouse over

Modeling a decision table is a bit restrictive when working with the columns. In a few cases where some of the data entered/rendered in the UI exceeds the visual width of the column, the data is not completely visible.

There should be a way to see the complete text, resize the column width or have a hover over feature to display the full text.
