Ability to use any client name instead of "kie" while configuring client roles with RHSSO

With BAPL-1735 we added support to use client roles in business central. Currently, the client resource name must always be "kie". RHPAM should have ability to create client with any resource name in RHSSO  and use the same while configuring RHSSO.
