Remove Kogito profile to productize required components

Currently we have the Maven kogito profile defined in some components of the projects kie-wb-common and drools-wb. It is set to exclude some plugin executions and modules build when a productization build is executing in the projects. We now need to include those executions and modules in the productized build in order to productize Kogito.

Changes required for Kogito productization by project / component:

 - Kie Workbench - Common - DMN - Kogito runtime webapp: Build GWT code and package WAR

 - Kie Workbench - Common - Stunner - BPMN Definition Set: Produce by default the module Kogito Runtime

 - Drools Workbench - Scenario Simulation Editor - Kogito - Runtime Webapp: Build GWT code and package WAR
