On March 3, 2025, Jira and Confluence support queue/operations will be moved from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management (JSM). Beginning on Mar. 3, raise support requests by visiting the JSM Portal.
1. Import and deploy Evaluation project.
2. Start a process instance.
3. Open Process instance perspective.
4. Select running instance. Open Logs tab. See business log - there is information about a process start twice. Moreover, technical log shows “moments ago: (StartNode) - Human” twice too. See the attachments.
