      • Scenario 1 - Holiday is Friday. The hightlighted should have been 22-Dec-2020. The weekend reset seems to be causing the loss of a day
      START TIME: SLA TIME:
      16-Dec-2020 13:09:57 21-Dec-2020 9:40:24

      • Scenario 2 - Holiday is Today. The hightlighted should have been 22-Dec-2020. It does not start counting from tomorrow (next working day) but rather takes today as a working day
