When user try to deploy immutable kie-server with pre-built kjar by KieApp installer,
'Set immutable server configuration' would be clicked to specify GAV of kjar.
But this would generate build section in yaml which require git source configuration.
As a result, it would fail to create KieApp.

To create immutable kie-server with the kjar without git source(i.e. s2i build), 'Set immutable server configuration' button should not be clicked, and need to define environment variable KIE_SERVER_CONTAINER_DEPLOYMENT instead, but it's hard to understand this procedure from the UI
as the button name 'Set immutable server configuration' would cause misread.
