[BC HA on Premise] Base-kie-project is created instead of name of the created project

      1. Create several projects by several users in the same space.
      2. Base-kie-project is created instead of the inserted name.

      Corner case: to reproduce this issue it will take some effort since it doesn't happen all the time. You will need two or more users creating different projects at the same time in the same space. If those conditions are not met this issue it not reproducible.

      In case of having this issue the project created with "base-kie-project" name can be deleted and recreated, or users can change the name and the packages from "Settings Tab" inside project.

      HA on Premise environment:

      • 3 BC nodes
      • AMQ Broker - 7.7.0
      • Data Grid - 7.3.6
      • NFS

      When project is created, base-kie-project is created instead of real name of the project.
