RHPAM Maven repo: drools-ha POM invalid according to XSD

      The POM for artifact org.drools:drools-ha is missing the namespace declaration for the element project, XSD validator output:

      cvc-elt.1.a: Cannot find the declaration of element 'project'.

      Please add a namespace declaration, such as in [1].
