"Process type" is displayed as "null"

When opening a process on PAM 7.8, the process type is displayed as null. This might look like a bug for the end-user.

Suggestion: Since "private/public" configuration is derived from kogito, and since by default every process in pam is "public", we should set it by default as public, instead of null.
