Assets not indexed for clustered Business central

I tried to install clustered Business central based on current documentation [1].
I have installed everything locally (skipped NFS as I used local filesystem) and one instance of Business central.

When I started Business central then RHDG started logging errors, see attachment infinispan-log.txt.
Business central started logging warnings related to indexing, see business-central-log.txt.

Then I opened Business central and created new project. I tried to create a new asset in a project, but when I saved the asset and returned back to the project screen the asset was gone.
