In Operator UI there is no option how to set that we want to use PIM. Now if user want to set the PIM they must select DB type or fill any other field on PIM page. I think there should be checkbox instead, that would displayed PIM configuration and set it to KieApp yaml.
In similar way it's done for Kie Server. PIM is not include by default in any scenario, but as there are configuration fields, it may looks like that PIM is set every time.
