jbpm-workitems-repository-bom-parent contains upstream version.org.kie property

During the compilation of the jbpm-workitems-repository-bom-parent we have found out that it is not possible to compile it with only productized nightly artifacts as the POM itself still references non-productized version of 7.39.0-SNAPSHOT using the property version.org.kie. The issue is that this POM doesn't have a kie-parent, thus the property is not taken from there. See the POM in the Nexus.

This POM was introduced as a fix for JBPM-9156 which stated that the root cause was having a distribution management section in one of the parents. Therefore, this jbpm-workitems-repository-bom-parent POM doesn't have any parent, nor does it specify any distribution management section. This I believe creates another issue regarding unavailability of this POM already reported in JBPM-9192 which happens because this POM is not being deployed to a public maven repository as it doesn't have any distribution management configured.

So probably some kind of workaround has to be incorporated to provide this information from distribution management section externally using alternative deployment repository provided from the command line or similar.
